Yeah but it's an option they employ pretty often. And even when they move Kessel to Malkin's line, they have Bonino, Rust, Guentzel, Sheary and Hagelin - so they're basically stocked with forwards too good for the third line, so the point stand up regardless.

You're being unrealistic to avoid admitting that cutting 9.2 BILLION from the education program is objectively, and unequivocally a bad move. In no way does that improve the quality of life for anyone living in low income areas in any facet. You'll be fine, I'll probably be fine, but there will be staggering amounts of children who will suffer from this.
